Studio Rules and Etiquette
Appointment adjustment policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel a class, please contact the store at least 6 hours in advance; failure to notify in advance will be considered as the class time being used up.

All group class packages are non-refundable once purchased, and class sessions are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others. A 10-session universal group class card (yoga/Pilates) is valid for 3 months and will automatically expire after that period.
Store Visit and Classroom Discipline

Please arrive at the venue at least 10 minutes in advance. The class will start on time. Latecomers will not be admitted and their class time will be deducted as usual.

Students must wear professional Pilates non-slip socks throughout the class to ensure classroom hygiene and exercise safety.

Please put your phone on silent mode in class and do not make or receive calls or use your phone. Focus on practicing. If you need to take photos of other students in the room, you must obtain their written permission in advance.
Health and Safety Guidelines

Before class, please be sure to inform the coach of your past medical history, old injuries, pregnancy, post-operative recovery, or other special physical conditions so that we can adjust the movements and training plan to suit you.

Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in regular group classes. To ensure the safety of mothers and babies, it is recommended to book a private prenatal yoga/postpartum Pilates class. Students under the age of 18 must register with the store in advance before coming to the store.

All participants must sign a venue standard liability waiver agreement before attending the course.

Throughout the training, please strictly follow the instructions of the certified coach. Do not change the movements on your own or try high-risk variations to avoid sports injuries.
Practice suggestions

We recommend practicing regularly 2–3 times a week for more consistent improvement in posture and fitness.

New students are advised to book a trial class first to find the course type that best suits their physical condition.
